A registration is recorded directly in the system, but it may take up to 3 days before your name appears on the start list.

Yes, you can register and pay for multiple participants at the same time.
Here’s how to do it:
After filling in all your details and before confirming your booking, click on “Add a new registration.” Then, fill in the details for the person you want to register before confirming and paying for all registrations at once.
The people you register do not need to participate in the same race. In other words, you can mix: Midnattsloppet, Lilla Midnattsloppet, Mini Midnattsloppet, and Glada Midnattsloppet in the same registration session.
Please note: When you register multiple people at the same time, the confirmation email will only be sent to the first person in the registration. However, all the people you have registered will receive their own start certificate 7–10 days before the race to their email just like usual.
Yes, that’s fine! Please note that the person picking up your shirt needs to bring your start certificate.
The maximum time for the 10 km race is 90 minutes (counted from the last starting group). The cutoff point will be at the 5 km timing point at 00:02. If you reach that point after this time, officials will stop you and inform you how to return. They will also remove your timing chip to document that you have exited the race and assist you in the right direction.

At 22:36 we will stop for lap transition at Tyska Bron. See the location here. If you reach the 5 km mark at 22:36 or later, you are not allowed to start the second lap and must proceed directly to the finish.

10 km: The course closes at 3.7 km, at Hakaniemi Bridge, at 22:05.

If you reach Hakaniemi Bridge after the stated time, 10 km runners will be directed onto the 5 km course and may continue running to the finish.
For 5 km runners, race officials will remove your timing chip and record your race as discontinued. You are still welcome to continue running to the finish line, but you will not receive an official finishing time.
The deadline for registration is the day when the event takes place, provided that there are still available spots.
The start certificate for the Midnattsloppet will be sent approximately 7–10 days before the race day to the email address you provided during registration.

For those aspiring to be at the front (1A, 1B, 1C), we require seeding based on previous results. The result must be from within the past 3 years and demonstrate that you can achieve the expected running time:
1A Men: 35:59 – Women: 39:59
1B 39:59
1C 44:59
2 49:59 (Only Stockholm)
You provide a link to your result when registering. You can also update your registration and improve your seeding until June 16th by emailing your result to customer service at kundservice@midnattsloppet.com. Runners in start group 1A are allowed to compete in their club uniforms.
Company registrations are made using value codes ordered from our webshop.

Are you interested in purchasing more than 25 codes. Contact foretag@midnattsloppet.com so we can generate ONE code that is valid for x number of uses. We can also offer invoicing afterwards. This will significantly facilitate your internal management.
Company tent
With your own company tent, the entire company, department, and customers can gather both before and after the race. When you book a tent, it includes: company banner, private toilet, bench set, fruit basket, snacks, and drinks. It is also possible to book food and/or shower tickets as additional products for the company tent.
