Whom Do We Share Your Personal Data With?
Your personal data is handled by Midnattsloppet’s staff authorized to administer our customer service. To administer participation in Midnattsloppet events, we collaborate with various subcontractors with whom data processing agreements are signed for activities such as newsletter distribution, participant services, timing, and payments. Midnattsloppet is a sanctioned recreational race by the Swedish Athletics Association and is therefore obligated to report names, birth years, as well as club affiliation or hometown to the association. The association administers the data to gather statistics on recreational races in Sweden.
To provide services and offers we believe are of interest to you, such as newsletters, photography, filming, Midnattsloppet’s main partners may, in some cases, have access to Midnattsloppet’s address register via Midnattsloppet.
Midnattsloppet is the data controller for your personal data, meaning we enter into data processing agreements with our partners and subcontractors. The agreement specifies how they may process your personal data. They are not allowed to distribute the data and must delete it when no longer needed for the assignment. Midnattsloppet neither sells, shares, nor discloses the data to unauthorized parties.
