Welcome to compete in Midnattsloppet masquerade, the best experience of the race. Just let the imagination flow and and be creative with your costume. We promise you fine prizes for the winners and that the spectators will show you lots of appreciation for being an important part of the unique atmosphere of Midnattsloppet.
Participants in the masquerade collect the start kit including a bib, race shirt and timing chip at the Stadium store you chose when you registered for the race.
To compete in the masquerade you have to present yourself to the judges and get photographed at the red masquerade tent at Runners Corner between 18:30 and 20:10 (next to the Info tent).
The price ceremony is at 20:30 where all participant are photographed together and the winners receive their prizes.
It´s important to be expressive and visible to the spectators and the other runners. This gives you the best chances to be successful in the competition.
Remember to also bring this energy with you along the route, as you will surely get a lot of energy from the positive feedback and spontaneous cheering of the spectators and other runners.
